The Sustainable CRE Alliance, Inc., a PBC, including its parent corporation, SCA International Limited ("SCA") (“we,” “us,” or "our"), is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and the information on the www.sustainablecre.com website as well as other SCA digital platforms (at sustainablecre-360.com, workplacewellness-360.com, and the Inspire Change mobile application). To demonstrate our commitment to this objective, we have established this privacy statement (this "Policy"). This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand how the Site collects, uses, or discloses information about you in general. You are subject to this Policy and the Terms of Use when you use the Site, which we may change at any time. You acknowledge and agree to accept this Policy, which we may modify at any time. If we make changes to this Policy, we will post them on this page. Any such modifications shall become effective upon publication. II. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION ARE COLLECTED AND HOW WE MAY USE IT

Personal information (or personal data) is information that personally identifies you, such as your name, telephone number, mailing address, and email address (or other information that is linked to such information), whereas non-personally identifiable data refers to data that does not personally identify you, including anonymous information and aggregated statistics about users of the Site. You may be asked to provide personal information from time to time for us to better serve you, or you may volunteer such information in order to take advantage of certain features on the Site, and you can submit data through the SCA digital platform as part of your application for SCA 360 Accreditation. Personal data that you can provide includes your name, email address, job title and contact information.
We may utilize personal information we gather about you while you visit and use the Site in our regular business operations, to provide services to you, to meet obligations to you under contracts, or to send you administrative messages regarding your encounters with us or Site features, as well as any future changes to this Policy. We may contact you directly via email if we believe that any of the services or products offered by us may be of interest to you. You can also provide us with your information when you use certain features on the Site, such as your name, job title, company and/or
industry, email address, phone number, mailing address, or whether you have an active project seeking the SCA 360 accreditation

We will collect, store, and use your email address to send you information and updates if you sign up on the Site for our mailing list and if one of our team members speaks at your event, to register for a webcast, or if you submit a question or request additional information about our programs or view or download a report. We will collect, store, and use this information to process and evaluate your application and provide services to you. While submitting your membership information, replying to a survey, or use any of the other resources available on the Site:

IV. HOW CAN I WITHDRAW CONSENT OR OPT-OUT OF RECEIVING EMAIL COMMUNICATION? You can withdraw your consent or opt-out of receiving certain communications from the Site at any time. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive such messages, we will refrain from sending you unsolicited communications. The Site may include links to other websites, such as social media platforms, online survey administrators, the SCA services provider's website, and others. We cannot be held responsible for their privacy policies. There shall be no responsibility on the part of SCAI for the activities conducted by or at any website accessed from or through the Site.
VII. ONLINE TRACKING
The SCAI does not keep track of website visitors over time or on third-party sites to provide tailored advertising, so the Site does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT") signals. However, certain third-party websites do maintain records of your surfing habits when they deliver content to you, allowing them to customize what they offer. This Policy is intended to comply with the laws and regulations of the United States, and despite the international nature of the internet, SCA makes no representations that material or content on the Site is appropriate or may be viewed or used outside the United States. You accept that data from the Site and its related services may be transferred to and stored in the United States by using these sites.
