You can also provide us with your information when you use certain features on the Site, such as your name, job title, company and/or

industry, email address, phone number, mailing address, or whether you have an active project seeking the SCA 360 accreditation

• We will collect, store, and use your email address to send you information and updates if you sign up on the Site for our mailing list and if one of our team members speaks at your event, to register for a webcast, or if you submit a question or request additional information about our programs or view or download a report. If you submit project application information via the SCA digital platform:

 

• You may provide information about your project, including, for example, site location; construction details; number of occupants; owner of the project; and personal information such as email addresses and/or phone numbers for project team members, on the SCA digital platform. We will collect, store, and use this information to process and evaluate your application and provide services to you. When using the Site or any other website to which you are submitting personal information, please remember to keep your log-in information private.

 

While submitting your membership information, replying to a survey, or use any of the other resources available on the Site:

 

• If you choose to participate in an online survey or utilize other Site features, you may provide information. This might include your job title, company, industry, email address, phone number, mailing address, and if you have a current project seeking SCA 360 Accreditation as appropriate. We will collect, store, and use this information to follow up on your survey results, provide services to you, and keep you updated about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

 

While applying for a career:

 

• If you apply for a position through the Site, you may provide your name, address, phone number and email address. We will collect, store, and use information that you provide to us in order to evaluate your application.
